It is not mandatory to send an extrajudicial statement to the other side before going to court. If the issue you are concerned with is extremely urgent and requires an immediate resolution because there is an emergency, we can go directly to court for an injunction in order for the other party to stop their illegal behaviour.
Will the injunction order solve my problem for good or should I continue with another court?
The injunction decision has a temporary effect and therefore cannot definitively resolve the problem you are concerned about. After the issuance of this decision, the procedure prescribed by law must be followed with an appeal to the court that will issue the final decision. However, until the final decision is issued, you are protected by the injunction decision that is valid from the day it is issued and until the day the final court decision is issued.
