The extrajudicial order is not a court decision but a letter addressed to the other side and contains your own positions, opinions and complaints on the critical issue that concerns you as well as your request that the other side refrain from a behavior or act that is not acceptable to you or bothers you.
Extrajudicial execution
The extrajudicial statement is served by delivering it to the other side with a bailiff who draws up a service report which is proof that the person served received notice.
Definitive solution?
Because the out-of-court statement is not a court order, it does not have the power to "impose" your point of view on the other side, nor to compel someone to do what you ask, and therefore cannot guarantee that your problem will be resolved. But it is an important document in which your positions are summarized and depending on the answer or the position of the other side you are given the opportunity to get a complete picture of the situation as well as to decide on the next steps.
